Areas of interest: macroeconomics, finance, applied econometrics, machine learning.
My research focuses on macroeconomics, with a particular interest in entrepreneurship and the impact of credit constraints on small businesses finance. I am also interested in combining machine learning and AI (reinforcement learning) methods with casual inference for estimating and solving dynamic economic models.
I’m proudly advised by Noah Williams, who also was my macroeconomics professor when I was in the UW-Madison master program. My committee also includes David Andolfatto and Christopher Parmeter.
